WorkSearch processes personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable Dubai regulations.

Data is hosted on Wix infrastructure. We collect account, profile, application, and transaction data necessary to operate the recruitment portal.

Data we collect

For workers: name, contact details, visa status, Emirates ID references, skills, salary expectations, and application history. For employers: company details, Trade License, TRN, and job listings.

We use cookies and session identifiers for authentication and analytics. Message logs between employers and candidates are stored in our CMS for audit purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting contact@worksearch.work. We respond within timeframes required by UAE PDPL.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with Wix processors and, where required, UAE authorities for compliance purposes.
