Refund Policy

Subscription plans

Applicant, Employer, and Agency subscriptions are billed monthly in AED. Free trials are offered as displayed at checkout. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds for partial months are generally not provided unless required by UAE consumer law or explicitly approved by WorkSearch support.

Visa & store packages

Visa processing packages are custom services. Refunds depend on work already performed and third-party government fees. Contact support before purchase if you need clarification.

If a package cannot be delivered due to our error, we will offer a refund or credit in AED as appropriate.
